I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

He has also taken great trouble for my daughter as well! He always returns calls, rings me often, and takes care of my searches, keeping on eye on everything for me! I'm very proud, and grateful, of the care he takes! Olly.
12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. I would recommend Bournes to anyone looking for an estate agent that offers that little bit extra.- 18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

Sophie did a great deal to help facilitate the smooth running of the entire process, and ensured that things were moved along as quickly as the process would allow. I highly recommend Goadsby in Salisbury, they were a pleasure to deal with.

My house went on the market just before the pandemic and so entered the market at a pretty difficult time. The photos taken for the details were absolutely excellent. I was kept well informed throughout the process and was pleased to be able to contact the agent at anytime. A brilliant service!

25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)The team at Brockenhurst Basingstoke have been fantastic from start they were assisting throughout the purchase, the move and finding us a suitable tenant Lou has been absolutely brilliant about being present for every single viewing ,going through the detail of every fixture in the property and keeping me up-to-date with the progress on applications in the end found me a very suitable tenant .The transition has been fantastic. She worked really hard to get the references going and getting my property occupied in time. I cannot thank her enough for the guidance and patience she’s shown in getting this property up and running
