Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess.
