The worst estate agents I have ever come across and so unprofessional, I would not recommend using these EVER ! if this estate agents was the last place I had to use I would not use . Rented a house from them not going to mention where , but it was problem after problem it made mine and my partners life hell we lasted 6 months at the property . When I first viewed it I asked if the property suffered with mould I got told no , few months later the property was covered in mould and my partner ended up with mould poisoning. The day I handed the keys back I got told that the estate was not going to rent this property out to anybody ever again , not even two months later and the property is back on their page for rent again suprise suprise we got LIED to again . I’m actually shocked with the lack of professionalism of this estate agents . So no I wouldn’t recommend we just got messed about by these . I would not use this place unless you want to get lied to in person or messed around . Absolute joke of a place !... Read more

I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part....
