These people refused to tell my the details of my landlord, which is illegal. They also refused to allow us to move onto a rolling contract so they could continue to collect the renewal fee every six months. They ended our tenancy saying the landlord wanted the house back, when we left it was back on the market with an increase in rent. We got our full deposit back and were good tenants.... Read more
