Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support. Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. The whole team has been professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us move. Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

Erin has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from organising viewings, keeping us up to date on the progress and with the property we were buying being in a slightly unusal circumstance she was really helpful in making sure we understood the scenario and what needed to be done. From our initial enquiry, listing the house, arranging and facilitating viewings, negotiating the final offer. Communication and feedback was excellent. The team listened to us, appreciating our requirements - a very personalised service.

Very unprofessional to not put me on hold whilst discussing across the office details of the property and information which breaches GDPR. Abruptly ended the call in a rude and disrespectful manner when I asked for further information as the Rightmove advert did not correlate to what the agent was saying. Such a shame as have always heard good things, appreciate everyone is busy and the call started off nicely but very disrespectful to end.

I found them very good on communication regarding viewings and feedback and I would get a quick response or call back or email with any queries I had. They were also very helpful during the sale process when any problems arose.
