They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

He has constantly been chasing solicitors on both sides. He is a wonderful calm negotiator, during stressful times. From the beginning of first viewing , up until exchanging today , he has been the upmost professional & nothing gas been to much trouble for him . Very rare in this buisness , to find someone with such consideration & empathy. Thankyou . Well done jackson-stops for employing such a great chap.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.- 5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Thank you to all at Webbers especially Lauren who I dealt with during the purchase of my new home ,she was so helpful and pleasant during the transaction.
- 2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Webbers were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The first house they sent details on was a perfect match to our requirements, and we immediately made an offer "sight unseen" without looking at any other properties. The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months. Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact our agent easily. If I find myself in a position to buy or sell another home, I know exactly where I'm going! Thanks Webbers!

11th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

Throughout this period, Michael Adey and his team were extremely supportive, always willing to negotiate on our behalf, and providing expert advice. The team was always truthful about prices and options and we were immensely impressed with the service. Thoroughly recommended.

From our initial valuation to handing over the keys, their professionalism was outstanding. They are friendly and have a “can do” approach and where we saw a problem, they saw a solution. Their communication with us was excellent. This was undoubtedly our best ever estate agent experience. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

After several emails and a phone call we agreed on a date and time to view a property on their books we waited patiently for nearly an hour outside the property at the agreed date and time leaving several voice mail messages on their landline in the office they finally sent me a message (didn’t even call me) with some lame excuse no signal but they managed to pick up my voice mail ok. The message denied any communication even when I sent them the emails they then tried to say I had not confirmed the confirmation email but I had actually spoke to them on the phone how many confirmations did they require I am afraid I could never recommend this agent either for buying or selling they obviously need further training in customer service as theirs is non existent and improvement in their own communication abilities
