We sold our house in Kent to relocate to West Sussex, a process which was quite daunting, however, they were supportive through the whole process.

Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I have known Ward & partners as it was known then when I was a nipper wearing shorts ??????<br>So for me it was natural that I would use a long standing and well recognised established estate agent ??????<br>We started the process in March 2026, Wards done their thing, exactly what there expertise is, selling houses. It's now nearing the end of October 2026 and I'm pleased to say it's been sold.<br>Everything has gone smoothly with very little hiccups.<br>All the team at Wards have been absolutely lovely, especially Judy who has given me updates and necessary information as and when.<br>I would whole heartedly recommend Wards if you need to sell your property, they don't hang around ??????

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
