10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.

Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed.<br>Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more.<br>There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could.<br>Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line.<br>I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From the moment he arrived, he was polite and friendly, making the entire process comfortable. Aaron provided a thorough valuation of my house and presented a detailed comparison report that clearly explained his reasoning. Initially, I decided to go with another agent who valued my property higher. However, after only one viewing in a couple of months, I found myself having to reduce the price. This experience has made me reflect on my decision, and I now realise that Aaron's valuation was not only honest but also genuine.
