Had to write a review (even though it maybe a couple months late) praising how helpful the staff have been throughout the whole process. With me and my fiancé being first time buyers it was an extremely daunting task and without a doubt was far from a smooth experience. However the reason we currently get to sit down together in our living room is all thanks to the incredibly hard work the staff at Wards put into our purchase. First I would like to thank Monika for helping with our viewings and advising us through the initial steps alongside Lauren for still answering the phone happily following my 20th call each week to keep me updated. But for me most of all I would like to give a gigantic amount of praise to Emma, I whole heartedly believe we would not be in this house without her. She accepted every call I made even if it was multiple during the day with such a warm and helpful attitude. I truly felt like she was fighting to get us into this house and treated the purchase as if it was her own. She fought tooth and nail to get us the answers and deadlines that felt like would never come.
