Absolutely terrible service here especially from the team leader Sophie. They found me the worst tenants possible who trashed my house. I can get past that but the service from this team is the worst part. They charge you finders fee and management fees however a tenant breaks the contract and leaves early and there is no support. Instead they want to charge you again for finding another tenant. Nobody comes back to you have to constantly chase them for updates. I would not use them if it was a free service again.... Read more

A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). Unfortunately, our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood, particularly with Anne Underdown, was very disappointing. Throughout the purchase process, communication was poor, updates were often delayed, and we frequently felt misled or unnecessarily kept waiting. Despite the seller being genuinely motivated to complete the sale and progress matters quickly, we saw very little proactive support from the agency to help move things forward. Instead of helping coordinate between parties and reduce delays, the process often felt slower and more frustrating because of the lack of clear communication and follow-up. As buyers, we were consistently chasing for updates ourselves, while dealing with unclear or sometimes contradictory information. Buying a house is already stressful, especially as first-time buyers in the UK, and we expected far better support, transparency and professionalism from the estate agent. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in communication, honesty and proactive case management.... Read more
