From arranging our viewings through to having our offer accepted, he has been friendly, helpful and responsive throughout and has kept us updated at each stage. As first-time buyers, we’ve really appreciated how approachable he has been. We’re still early in the purchase process, but we’ve been very happy with the service we’ve received from Harry so far. 4th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I have just sold my property via Sutton's Estates, with Ryan Curry as my agent. Ryan was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. From his very first visit to my property he made me feel at ease about the sale process. He was very informative and explained the process in detail. He conducted all of my viewings, worked around my schedule and communicated frequently and with clarity. He was very respectful of my home and ensured that the people viewing my home were too. Ryan also went above and beyond, communicating with myself and my buyers on a regular basis, keeping everyone informed and helping sort any issues that popped up during the conveyancing process. I cannot recommend Sutton's and Ryan enough. It was a pleasure working with him!

They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.

He was very professional understanding very accessible via phone always getting back to me. And walking me through the process. The property was sold within the first week with above what we expected. he’s a local lad with excellent knowledge of Coventry and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend HR estate agents.

We quickly had the house put up for sale and had the full asking price offered in the first week. Mandy then took over, dealing with the solicitors and giving us updates each week as needed. The exchange has now been completed with no hold-ups and in a reasonable time frame
