They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.

Joanne Boaler’s knowledge of all the properties she showed us was beyond comprehension, she really does go above and beyond. A massive thank you to Joanne and Danya who really helped our relocation to a new area as stress free as possible. They definitely took their time to get to know us as buyers and help us find the perfect location - highly recommend.
15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people.
