The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!
27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
