We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and carefully shortlisted properties that matched our needs, which made the search process far more efficient and less stressful. Her knowledge of the Edmonton area market was invaluable, and she guided us with confidence and clarity at every stage. When it came to negotiations, she was outstanding. She provided thoughtful advice, handled discussions professionally, and ultimately helped us secure the property on very favourable terms. Her communication was excellent throughout — always responsive, transparent, and willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service. Buying a property can be overwhelming, but she made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. We always felt supported and well-informed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in North London. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

We took up a property on rent through David Daniels ltd which was old and not in good shape but we knew what we were getting into. We as family with Children adjusted with faults in that property. The landlord/agent was happy because we did not complaint and paid rent on time. But to our suprise when we decided to leave the property and go the agent/landlord held 75% of our deposit .i.e. above £1900 under the pretext of "Very Dirty". It is unbelievable that we are waiting from past 3 months for our deposit to be refunded.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Decided to use Durden & Hunt as they were local to me. Once we decided to put our house up for sale and it only took a week to sell. They managed my need when it came to viewing my house and arranged to carry them out the viewing all in one day.
21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Honestly the best estate agents I’ve come across. Had so many experiences with different estate agents and they were very unhelpful and disappointing. Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!

Attention to detail on both the landlord and tenants side gives real assurance to both parties. The communication is also top notch, a marked contrast to other agents I have used in the past. Highly recommend.
