Chris has been my main point of contact for nearly 20 years and has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. More recently, I've also dealt with Zuzanna and Bailey, who have both been polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They always respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br>I really appreciate the excellent service I've received over the years and would happily recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional and dependable letting agent.

Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout the process, and the level of customer service was excellent.<br><br>A special mention to Darren, who was always there to help and went above and beyond whenever things needed to be rearranged or moved around. He was very responsive and made the whole experience much easier.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and helpful estate agent. Great service from start to finish!

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

Anzal and Rumel have been especially helpful. Anzal in particular took us around our first viewing, was very approachable and friendly, was knowledgeable about the sales process, and proactive at setting us up with a potential solicitor and mortgage broker. Rumel was great at keeping us informed during negotiations and was very knowledgeable about sales, mortgages, and buildings overall. I would definitely recommend bookings with this team!
4th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
