The team was incredibly professional, helpful, and always kept me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Abdul and Janet, who were my main points of contact. They were both friendly, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small. Abdul was especially supportive and clear in explaining every step, while Janet was always quick to respond and very reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Thanks to their guidance and dedication, everything went smoothly and on time. I’m truly grateful for all their help and can’t recommend Churchill Estate highly enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, this is the team you want on your side.
31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)????? | ?????? Lettings Review ?????? Wow! Where do I even start?! I'll be honest, I came to McRaes with zero expectations. I've come across enough agents over the years to have become fairly resigned to the whole experience ?????? You know the drill: slow responses, vague answers, nobody really seeming to care whether you actually get a home or not. ? McRaes were genuinely something else entirely ? Brian, Miri and Sally looked after the lettings process from start to finish and the thing that struck me most was how human they all were. Not just polite but actually kind ?????? Considerate, empathetic and whenever I had a question or a wobble they responded with warmth and patience rather than the usual clipboard energy you get at other agencies. You don't find people like that in estate agency anymore, they are a rare, rare find ?????? ? What made McRaes stand out: ?????? Genuine, warm and approachable from day one ?????? Outstanding communication throughout and never left in the dark ?????? Seamless, stress-free process start to finish ?????? You actually feel like a person, not just a tenant reference number ?????? The kind of people you're genuinely sad to stop dealing with ?? One thing to flag regarding the inventory company: ?????? This is no reflection on McRaes whatsoever but the third-party inventory company they used fell well short. Items were logged as "professionally cleaned" and "good condition" when they were neither including appliances that simply weren't in working order. For a lettings team that holds itself to such a high standard, it's a noticeable weak link. I'd genuinely encourage McRaes to find an inventory provider whose thoroughness matches their own. ?????? ?????? Here's the bottom line. McRaes are the kind of estate agents you wish you'd found years sooner. Brian, Miri and Sally are wonderful and the whole experience was refreshingly smooth. ???????????? Sort the inventory company and it's a five-star operation without question! ?????

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I couldn't recommend Stow brothers enough when selling your property. They make it so straight forward and very easy. We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. From listing our house to completion it all went so smoothly, if you want to sell your house get in contact with Darcie she was our lucky charm!!

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home.
