I was kept fully informed but didn’t need to get involved in the viewings. Such as finding potential tenants or coordinating with them during handovers. Whenever issues arise with the property, I can’t be there to address them immediately. Luckily a friend referred me to the goat residential agency. Their agents are attentive and patient, always listening to my needs. They even care for my property more than I do, allowing me to fully entrust all of my properties to their care with complete peace of mind.
