30th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

16th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)Terrible customer service and serious structural failings – our third Taylor Wimpey home, and definitely our last. We’ve been dealing with an ongoing structural issue with our garage that has dragged on for over 7 months — and we’re still no closer to a proper resolution or even a clear plan. The garage was built so badly it exceeded tolerances by over 10x the acceptable limit, yet somehow it was still signed off by NHBC, which raises serious questions about quality control and oversight. What’s been worse than the fault itself is the way Taylor Wimpey has handled it. Communication has been inconsistent, dismissive, and at times completely absent. We’ve been fobbed off at every stage — no one seems to take ownership, and we're constantly passed from one person to another with no accountability. Site visits have been unhelpful, and no one has been able to answer basic questions about access, disruption, or how the issue will be fully resolved. This has caused major disruption to our family life — delaying both a planned garage conversion and garden works, with zero recognition from Taylor Wimpey of the inconvenience, stress, or cost this has added. We’ve previously owned two other TW homes, but after this experience, we wouldn’t buy from them again. Poor build quality is one thing — but poor customer care when serious issues arise is completely unacceptable.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
