Terrible customer service and serious structural failings – our third Taylor Wimpey home, and definitely our last.
We’ve been dealing with an ongoing structural issue with our garage that has dragged on for over 7 months — and we’re still no closer to a proper resolution or even a clear plan. The garage was built so badly it exceeded tolerances by over 10x the acceptable limit, yet somehow it was still signed off by NHBC, which raises serious questions about quality control and oversight.

Site visits have been unhelpful, and no one has been able to answer basic questions about access, disruption, or how the issue will be fully resolved.
This has caused major disruption to our family life — delaying both a planned garage conversion and garden works, with zero recognition from Taylor Wimpey of the inconvenience, stress, or cost this has added.
We’ve previously owned two other TW homes, but after this experience, we wouldn’t buy from them again. Poor build quality is one thing — but poor customer care when serious issues arise is completely unacceptable.... Read more
