Selling my late mother’s house was naturally an emotional process, but the whole team were compassionate, professional and supportive throughout.<br><br>A special mention goes to Alex, who went above and beyond at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication, kindness and dedication made a difficult time much easier to navigate.<br><br>The sale was handled efficiently and with genuine care, and I always felt I was in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hillier & Wilson again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in Newbury and surrounding areas.

The team was consistently responsive, helpful and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout and making the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>What impressed me most was that the service never felt merely transactional. There was a genuine sense of care, attention and willingness to help, combined with the efficiency and professionalism you would expect from a first-class agency. Every interaction was handled promptly and courteously, and I always felt that I was in very capable hands.<br><br>It is increasingly rare to come across this combination of excellent communication, genuine support and consistently high professional standards. Winkworth delivered all three.<br><br>A sincere thank you to the entire team for making the experience such a positive one. Their local knowledge is second to none and they always give a speedy response to enquiries. I like that they are an established family business who are friendly and professional at all times. They take the rough with the smooth, always trying to bring a positive outcome to any problem. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Always dealt with any issues straight away. Being a tenant with Henwick was easier than being a homeowner because I never had to worry about anything. They just sorted everything out for me. Thank you guys!

They provide weekly check-ins where they check you've completed everything and chase the solicitors where needed. From offer to completion was 6-8 weeks which was incredible. Chanelle was so thorough and conscientious. Very happy with their service.
