Whenever we had questions or needs they were quick to respond and very polite and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and I highly would recommend their services!!

22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

27th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend working with this fantastic team whether you're buying or selling.

18th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I have scheduled an appointment with Taylor's estate agents for 16:00pm yesterday. Finished work at 14:30pm and rushed home to change and get a shower pick up my kids and then go to the appointment on time. Waited for 20 minutes for the agent to show up however he didnt even apologise for being late. Apparently they scheduled 4 slots all for 4pm although we had to enter and view the house 1 by 1. Anyway after i entered the house i was absolutely shocked by what i have witnessed. It was something i have never seen before not to mention that the agent was late 20 minutes but the state of the house was mild to say disgusting and filthy. The toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Both the sink and the bath were covered in dirt and bodily leftovers. There was a mold leftover on the sides of the bath which hasn't been properly removed but a new layer of silicone had been applied on the top of the unresolved mold underneath. One of the bedrooms appeared with mold on all the seals and the wall by PVC was falling apart. Not to mention the cobwebs and the died flies and spiders. Went to the other bedroom same situation after which i asked the agent if there is any particular reason for the state of the property and expressed my concerns to which he replied oh its just a dirt needs to be cleaner and i said im sorry but thats filth and mold not being properly maintained, and mold underneath a new layer of silicone. I alsed the representative if he thinks that is an appropriate state to present and advertise a property and he replied its all right just needs to be cleanerld by you like its my job to clean the property before moving in. Its the same when moving out if you leave a mess you'd have taken from your deposit thus the need to leave the house in appropriate (clean) state. In overall quite disgusting experience that im not planning to repeat again with that agency. Wouldn't recommend it at any costs. Nevertheless the unprofessional agent coming late but with high quality dress code a suit a tie and having his hair all tight up, but didn't bother to appear on time or tidy the property on a satisfactory standards. I almost forgot to mention that i spend the whole day calling and emailing them enquiring to receive a confirmation of the schesuled appointment and an exact adress. The estate agents lack ability,professional,demeanor and conduct. Incompetent and shouldn't practice at all. One of the worst i have encountered.

Honestly, I have always had the impression selling and acquiring a property is so stressful but little did I know it needn't be with the right agent. the process was so seamless from Adam coming in to value my property to marketing and the to selling. They keep me in the loop at every stage. They were always available to talk to. Adam's friendly approach is top notch. not over bearing like other sales guys. He will give you his honest opinion always. Top guy. will always recommend any day. Thanks guys
