I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Can't recommend enough! We sold our house with William H Brown at the start of 2026. It was exaclty four weeks from their initial viewing to completion, which is so impressive (we were very lucky with certain things but they certainly didn't waste any time). Every little bit of progress, they would let us know. They did all of the fiddly bits like sorting all of the documents we need and they had a good relationship with our solicitors, as well as our buyer. Literally so easy for us. Sam was super helpful and you can tell they all really cared about finding the best buyer for us. So grateful, thank you!!

Lovely personal touch to add of a wonderful hamper left.in property for us and was ideal and thoughtful when needed most full of useful items that turned out to be essential. From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

Dipesh and the team managed to secure a tenant within a couple of weeks of going live on the market. Shivani was excellent.. efficient and professional keeping me updated all the way and managed all the essential paperwork. She ensured a stress free process until the end. 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.
