8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I instructed Sinton Andrews Northfield Office to sell my house in Balfour Road.Rob and Cathryn did an incredible job and in less than 1 week had obtained 6 viewings and 3 offers 2 of which were at asking price.The buyers had no chain and were ready to proceed straightaway.I was kept fully up to date as the sale went through and could not fault their professionalism at every stage.They even recommended a builder to replace the kitchen ceiling which was in disrepair who acted quickly and did a very good job.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Sinton Andrews indeed I have already instructed them to sell another house in Hanwell.
23rd May 2019 (7 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued. Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

She was extremely professional, friendly, caring, and helpful throughout the whole process. Her customer service was excellent, and she always made sure everything went smoothly. She was super friendly and helpful from our first meeting and from the way she interacted with the previous tenants I could tell we were in good hands. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanders to anyone looking for a new home. 10/10
