Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. After a really poor experience with another local agent I decided to use Stags and they were absolutely brilliant. It wasn’t a straight forward house to sell for various reasons but within a few months they found me the perfect buyer and got everything moving.
