No jargon or tech talk, just real people who are always happy to help, at the other end of a phone or inbox.<br>All to often you can get spoken at and you are meant to understand what’s happening, not with Austin Beck, professional and understanding every step of the way. The team managed the sale of our Mum's house and handled her estate, after she passed last year.<br><br>The team were extremely professional throughout the process.<br>Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout.<br>The service which we received was first class and we were treated with the upmost respect during a very difficult time.<br><br>Many thanks to you all.
25th Feb 2026 (26 weeks ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

Their communication was fantastic throughout—we were always kept informed, and any questions were answered promptly, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. As we don't live in Dumfries, we needed an agent we could place our trust in, we met with a few different agents, but from the minute we met Mark, we instinctively knew he was the right person for us. Mark from the get go was absolutely fantastic, he is a rare find in the property world, a safe pair of hands who genuinely cares , even though he had a number of properties live on the market to manage, he never loses focus and has an exceptional and methodical way of progressing the process. He was always professional, friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with, helping every viewing run smoothly. 23rd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? Their communication was excellent throughout the process and I was constantly kept in the loop with the progress and what the next steps would be. I would highly recommend.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I have given two stars because they at least called me back. Not a great call though. I was told they had too many properties and "it doesn't even have a sea view" I replied "I'm sitting looking at the water right now" (partial sea view at property) Just felt like I was the one trying to sell the house to them. Which I thought was their job. Maybe they just didn't like the property... But.... I sold the property with Fiuran Property in one week. Argyll Estate Agent, if you want to get in touch I am happy to give details and hopefully your calls are recorded.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I decided to sell my property in Sannox view Ayr as I was downsizing, I decided to go with Belmont estate agents, thank god I did! They were so professional and caring from start to finish, especially Steph, she was absolutely amazing, selling a house is very stressful but Steph was with me all the way through the whole process and I just can't thank her enough. Richard and Barry were excellent, arranged viewings, brilliant photos and home report, I.m so glad I went with Belmont, and if anyone is deciding to sell their property then you won.t get anyone better. Thank you Steph, Richard & Barry.
28th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Outstanding service from David, Iain, Craig and the team at Coats & Hall. They came recommended and what a recommendation it was. Within a day of agreeing to use David’s services and in a pretty urgent situation to sell, he had arranged for photographs, videos and home report to be done. This was all completed within days and advertised. Throughout the selling process David and his team were on hand to answer questions 24/7 and replies couldn’t have been any quicker. I definitely would and have already recommended Coats & Hall as an excellent Estate Agents. Thank you and worth every penny.
