31st May 2024 (2 years ago)We used GAP estate agent to sell our property. All the staff were friendly and excellent in their communication with us. Every query or matter was dealt with promptly. A special thanks to Laura and Jan who we mainly dealt with. Laura certainly went that extra mile to help wherever she could. We were also recommended a local couple for conducting viewings and they were excellent. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend GAP. Thank you.

26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly efficient and helpful, guiding us through every step of the process. He organised the home report quickly, handled all the marketing and estate agency work, and even recommended excellent solicitors, which made everything so much easier for us. Peter personally carried out all the viewings, which resulted in a very quick sale. Throughout the whole process, Peter was professional, approachable, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and straightforward. We always felt confident that everything was in safe hands. We would highly recommend Peter Murphy Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home – an outstanding service from start to finish.

27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I travelled from Poulton-le-Fylde to Stornoway to view a property they were representing. Upon arrival the ground floor of the property was undergoing substantial renovations, fundamentally changing the nature of the business. The purchase price was also not the listed price. When I was contacted for feedback by them I was told the owner just wanted to get some feedback and was thinking of taking it off the market. Thank you for making me drive over eight hours, take a ferry for 2 hours and 40 minutes, stay in a two hotels all at a considerable expense just to satisfy a whimsical owner. Very unprofessional. Not even a considered apology. Property has been subsequently unlisted after my feedback - too late for me unfortunately.
16th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

She’s gone above and beyond in finding opportunities and I could not recommend working with her enough, as she has made the whole process so much less painful!

I met Julie at the property and she showed me around and we had a good chat during the process. I explained my situation and I can’t say how relaxed and better I felt. Julie made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Unfortunately after Julie left I felt less supported, deniece and Robyn was very friendly and helpful<br><br>Apart from that I have no other positive comments and shall leave the review as is.
