My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.

He made the sale much easier. And was very reassuring. As the property had to go to probate. But I got to say, it all went through very quick and smooth. Thank you Mark

Nicholas Booker at Graves Jenkins had been recommended to me so I called him. After reviewing all of the technical specifications cross sections and calculations for the build, over the weekend, he called me on Monday morning to give an all clear. Kind. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable and a sense of humour. I was treated as though I was the companies most important client of many years standing! I can’t thank Nick enough.
