12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.
12th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

28th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My experience with John Edwards was excellent. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know in great detail and made sure I understood what he was saying. His local knowledge of the area was second to none! He is always On the end of the phone to amount concerns or queries I had. Best of all, he sold the house in very quick time. I would thoroughly recommend him.

12th May 2025 (1 year ago)Very rude staff spoke to David he is the so called director About renting my apartment he asked how they can arrange viewings i replied by saying that I will be able to provide access however David wanted to be given a key instead he then told me that’s bit strange will you be hiding in corner of the rooms whilst we are showing the applicant around I have never heard such a response like this absolutely shocking how they are still in business

Rachel has been fantastic, she's been such a star dealing with my purchase and putting up with me pestering her all the time. Anyone that's bought or purchased a house knows how stressful it can be and if it wasn't for Rachel and the team at Just4Bungalows I think I would have gone mad. If you are looking to sell or purchase a property in the Bognor Regis area I would highly recommend Just4Bungalows I've bought and sold several houses over the years and this is the best Estate agents I've ever dealt with

10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Without question the best estate agent experience I’ve had. My property didn’t sell for 10 months, and my quotes to sell it, were ~5k. Debbie & clickmymove not only found a buyer within a few weeks but did it for great price. The business model means you self upload house info, and they do the viewings. Spending 30 mins doing that work saves you thousands in fees.<br><br>I really believe this is the new way to sell homes, no expensive offices, no cringey sales people with silly commissions, just a very simple and trust worthy business model.<br><br>If you’re sceptical, what do you have to lose?
