Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
2nd Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Marketing was terrible. Shouldn’t be using an iPhone for marketing photos. Spelling mistakes in brochure. Didn’t understand local market and knowledge of the town. Angle of photographs poor. In description mentioned village setting in a market town. Giving me statistics suggesting they had sent 105 emails to various clients, when it turned out to be the same clients they were emailing every 2-3 weeks. Very poor agents. Don’t recommend.

The viewings were managed well and we had timely feedback and information regarding offers. The sale process went through smoothly and I have no hesitation in recommending them. 22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Booked a viewing for a property and was cancelled twice. Less than 24 hours before. With no rationale. When attempting to contact staff to speak about this, They were unable to give a response or contacted me
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Working with Estates Group to buy our house in Darlington has been just Excellent. Like almost all houses purchases there were twists and turns and quite a few challenges along the way. Throughout we felt the whole team were with us and working in our best interests to get a result (not just a sale). I would particularly pick out Joy who was top notch. She got information quickly when we asked for it, she was responsive, helpful, knowledgable friendly, and understanding. She went above and beyond and when things got a bit challenging her guidance was always on the nail, always invaluable. I’d also give a shout out to Sally who we met early on and again when we collected the keys. This is a professional team with bags of experience and just the right amount of approachability. They’ve been a joy to work with. Highly recommended.
