From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)Michael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home.<br><br>They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move.<br><br>Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with.<br><br>It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us.<br><br>Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way.<br><br>Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. The portal and updates for viewings worked well for us this was seamless. Jake was also great in giving us help when it came to navigating the offers and next steps.
