Every one of them have been on the ball and made the process as smooth as possible for us and have been speedy with replies and information. Sian, kaitlyn, Owen and the rest of the teams exceptional customer service/care has made (usually) a stressful situation a breeze. We can’t wait to get our keys and move in!! Thanks ??????

20th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Avoid at all costs. Unpleasant and rude!! Dealt with a lady called Claire who was rude from the very start. Avoiding calls and when I did finally get through to her she was nothing but nasty and rude to me! Unhelpful and made me feel like I was mithering. Definitely would not recommend especially if you was to speak to Claire. Definitely in the wrong profession!

We have sold numerous properties with them over the last few years and even the difficult ones have been made easier. Both Darryl and Pauline are quick to respond and help with queries and any issues along the sale or purchase process. Would recommend and use again.

After a difficult experience with a previous estate agent who lacked professionalism, working with them was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were supportive, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what is usually a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and reassuring us every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their dedication really showed in helping us finally complete on our home. She will go the extra mile to get answers to any questions you have as quickly as possible and she was a huge support in the final months leading up to completion. We had a long process in purchasing the property due to the legal aspect, but Claire kept us updated each week which was so reassuring and also helped us stay sane !!! I can't recommend Price&Co enough. Thank you for being with us on this Journey and helping us through to the end ??

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
