Sometimes a house just feels right, and this one was always meant to be ours!<br><br>Russell – The photos you took of our home were absolutely stunning and showcased it beautifully. You really helped our house make the impression it deserved.<br><br>Sadie – Where do we even start?! As our Sales Progressor, you were an absolute star. You're every bit as passionate and determined as we were, and you genuinely understood just how much this move meant to us. When things risked drifting or dragging, you were the person we needed in our corner to keep things moving and push for answers. You really did come through for us, and we cannot thank you enough!<br><br>Moving house isn't always straightforward, and our journey certainly had its moments. 12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Between myself and my wife, in 12 weeks we received 1 phone call, and that was to lower the price they valued it at. The photos were poor too. Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

After our original house purchase fell through, the whole team went above and beyond to help us find another property, and thanks to their efforts, we ended up finding our perfect home!<br><br>A very special mention has to go to Ellie O’Neil, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, helpful, reassuring and always kept us informed every step of the way. Even when I was probably being a little neurotic with all my questions and worries, Ellie never made me feel like anything was too much trouble!<br><br>What could have been a really stressful and disappointing experience turned into such a positive one, and that’s largely down to the dedication and genuine care shown by the team.<br><br>We’ve now got the keys to our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Ellie and everyone involved for helping us get here. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

We were kept informed throughout our time with them and felt confident that they did all they could for us. Unfortunately, I believe we hit the market at just the wrong time. We will definitely go back to them if we decide to sell again.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
