After a not-so-great experience with another agent we decided to cut our losses and go with Lesley Hooks. Victoria came to value the house and I really rate her, she oozes competence. Selling our late parents' house was dealt with so professionally, we were amazed at the difference with this estate agent. The staff really know what they are doing. Yvonne was amazing at getting the right offers from potential buyers and Jake was highly able, efficient and reassuring through the process of selling. Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing.
