Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

We had originally gone with another agent despite Richard and his team giving us a competitive quote. The service we received with them was average and decided to go back to GH and so glad we did. 9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Jordan Fishwick, specifically Theo. We viewed a house and made an offer which was accepted after negotiations. We rushed the process with solicitors and others to complete the sale as per the Vendors wishes. However, a week later we received a call to inform us the vendors have accepted a new offer.<br><br>Theo failed to remove the property from the market even though we had provided all the documents, solicitors and mortgage details. We believe it was deliberately left on the market to continue attracting buyers even though we’d had our offer accepted. This situation could have been avoided.<br><br>Absolutely awful service! We’ve been left out of pocket due to the incompetence of Theo.

The service and feedback from each viewing was prompt and timely. The sale proceeded swiftly and completed on time. Would highly recommend them
