From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing during both the sale and purchase of our houses. Daisy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process. Communication was excellent at every stage, we were always kept informed, nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions were dealt with quickly and clearly. Wilson Thomas went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and their expertise and dedication really showed. We felt completely confident and looked after from day one. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares and delivers outstanding service, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daisy and Wilson Thomas. Their communication has always been excellent and prompt. If we were to move again Irving’s would be our only call.- 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)My experience of buying a property marketed by DOMVS has been excellent from start to finish. The viewings were conducted by Imogen who was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to get answers to supplementary enquiries about the property, showing that she also had a good rapport with the vendors. Following on from the process of offer to acceptance, again remarkably smooth, the internal communication within DOMVS ensured that the sales progression team of Marcus and Nicky were able to help facilitate a speedy and smooth process leading to a successful exchange of contracts. I would say overall that DOMVS’ strengths lay in very good, timely communications (both internal and external) and a professional, helpful relationship with both seller and buyer. Well done and thank you!

The whole team were professional from start to finish and made what can be a stressful process feel so much smoother. Their communication was absolutely brilliant — we were always kept informed and updated, which gave us real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance. They also worked incredibly hard to push things forward so we could meet the date we needed, which we really appreciated. It genuinely felt like a team effort, and their coordination behind the scenes clearly made a difference. A huge thank you to everyone at Goadsby Verwood for all your hard work — we’re so grateful for your support in getting our sale over the line!
9th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Not very impressed with the service we received I'm afraid. We decided to sell our property through goadsby as they were the selling agent when we purchased it 7 years previous. They were very proactive, friendly and enthusiastic about the property upon valuation and putting it on the market. After that everything grinded to a slow halt. We were getting 1 viewing a week if we were lucky(!), they used the excuse of "Nobody's in the market for a 2 bed flat at the moment" Communication was poor, leaving it several days to give us any feedback and not returning our calls. We had to request that they allow us to appoint a 2nd agent as they tie you into a 16 week sole agency contract(!!!) - be careful of this! After an agreement over several emails we finally appointed a 2nd agent who got us 2-3 viewings a week and sold the property within 4 weeks!! They didn't even jump into action when we appointed the 2nd agent (you would've thought they'd wanted the sale) - it was like they were non existent, so we removed them altogether from the sale. I recommend avoiding this agency and highly recommend getting in touch with Meyers.

I began as a tenant and, with their support, I have just become the owner. I would like to thank them for making life easy for me. I would also like to thank my previous landlord for being so kind about anything that required any action.

From start to finish, the whole Link Homes team were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent at every stage, particularly during the viewings and sales progression. We were always kept informed, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask, which made what can be a very stressful process feel smooth and well managed. A special mention must go to Hettie and Jack, who were both outstanding during our house sale. Their dedication, responsiveness, and knowledge really stood out and made a huge difference. From the very beginning, our priority was a quick sale — and that is exactly what happened. From the moment the property was listed on the market to the exchange of contracts, the entire process took just 2.5 months. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. The team went above and beyond, showed full professionalism, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and we felt supported at every stage. I had a lot of questions and questions and they answered them quickly and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend Meyers to anyone thinking of selling their home.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Highly recommend using Justyn, incredible man. We loved that he was the sole agent to talk to which made it more personal and meaningful to us, we weren't just another number to him. From start to finish Justyn was perfect. The most down to earth, honest, estate agent I've ever met. Voice notes with updates in our WhatsApp group chat even on a weekend, very chilled, nothing was too much and is actually quite funny! He is just an all-round great guy. We sold and competed within 5 months and Justyn did a lot of the chasing for us during this time. If you're sceptical about going with Justyn because he 'isn't part of the a big company' I would say that is the biggest benefit, he was the only one to give us information and didn't have to get someone to call me back, nothing was left or forgotten about, we didn't have 3 people telling me 3 different things or trying to pie me to someone else, he had the time to be more personal and he actually loves his job. This isn't a numbers game to him unlike some estate agents we experienced before we found Justyn. We miss you already!! You have customers for life, thank you Justyn. ??????
20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)James and the team have been great from the offset. They have ticked all of the boxes. They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
