Neither I nor the owner of the property I was buying had moved for about 30 years and Anthony David & Co guided me carefully and kindly through the more recent complications of house buying/selling which at first had felt so overwhelming. They are a calming knowledgable team. This company knows the locality and the market very well. They also have a great network and good working relationships with local surveyors, solicitors and the other essential professionals needed to reach a successful completion of both my purchase & sale of my property. They were clearly invested in my well-being and ensuring I (and my family on moving day) had a good experience. Individual members of the team knew who I was when I walked in and that personal touch matters. The various obstacles that inevitably arise in a house purchase were dealt with deftly and firmly, with Anthony David advocating several times on my behalf. The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>Communication from Rob, Ed and Cathy was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date and supported whenever I had a question or concern. They were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting the best possible outcome.<br><br>What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. It made such a difference having an estate agent I could genuinely rely on and trust, especially following bad experiences from other estate agents in the area!<br><br>I would highly recommend Hillier Wilson to anyone. Fantastic service from a fantastic team - thank you for everything!

Specific call out to Rebecca who was brilliant, and key to getting over the line. Thank you to the rest of the team who also all at one time no doubt spoke with me and were also on hand!
12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were originally with Thacker & Revitt as tenants and then ended up purchasing the house we were renting, so had both experiences of lettings and sales with them. Throughout our tenancy they were quick to help with maintenance issues which was good - most issues got resolved within a few days. We had a couple of hiccups with contractors being given keys and coming over without giving us notice.<br>With the sale, we also had a good experience. Terry was quick and communicative and very friendly throughout, helping with any questions I had as a first time buyer.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)There is a fine line between putting the 'professional' in the estate agents role, and slipping into the one of pushy prying 'pseudo social worker'. The staff member we dealt with fits into the latter category. Whilst the manager of the branch the former.<br>Thereby, making their 'in house' politics impossible for us to withstand.The only option was to walk away. We'd done everything they requested even if it was heavy handed. In the end we'd supplied ID. twice: online and in person as they were insistent on matching our faces to the passports.Never heard of that being necessary before in this scenario, but we did it, even though we are locals and known to them in an 'out-n about' capacity. Insensitively handled.
1st Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

They were professional, proactive, supportive and incredibly persistent in keeping everything moving. Their hard work and cool heads made a real difference, and I would highly recommend!
