We have just sold through Quarters and due to the excellent service we received we encouraged two neighbours to sign up with them. We decided to choose Quarters as we had looked at houses through multiple agents and I much preferred the no pressure attitude. Just friendly and happy to guide and answer questions with honest advice. We cant stand sales pitch nonsense and Quarters definately didnt try this with us. The other thing I like about Quarters is that you can speak to anyone who answers the phone, they work as a team. Unlike others where you have to wait for someone to return from lunch or finish another phone call because you have to deal with the same person. They kept in touch regularly to check we were happy and once we sold they helped check in with the chain and chase if needed. Highly recommend.... Read more

As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly. The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed.
