Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

I had an extremely frustrating and complicated chain, with a particularly difficult situation further down the chain, and throughout it all, Regan was absolutely outstanding.<br>Regan took everything in his stride and went far above and beyond what could reasonably have been expected of him. His resilience, professionalism, ability to think several steps ahead and willingness to deal with people and issues that were not even part of his job were second to none. He was proactive, persistent and completely committed to keeping the chain moving and getting me over the line.<br>Quite simply, without Regan’s determination, support and constant efforts, I genuinely believe the chain could have fallen apart. He is an absolute asset to Michael Graham, and the company should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing them.<br>I would also like to praise the wider team. Whenever Regan wasn't in the office, I was always greeted with a warm welcome from Roger, Rob, Harry and Stephanie. Whoever I spoke to, I was met with the same helpful, professional and can-do attitude. Everyone took ownership, offered help and made things happen. There was never any passing the buck or being told, “He isn't in, you'll have to wait.” Instead, everyone did their best to help and keep things moving.<br>Moving house can be stressful enough without a difficult chain, but having such a supportive, proactive and genuinely lovely team behind me made a huge difference.<br>Regan deserves special recognition, but the whole team deserves credit. They are a real credit to Michael Graham, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.<br>A genuinely great team and an absolute joy to deal with. 14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)My Sister's and I recently completed the sale of my father's house through Wilkinson Estate Agents in Winslow. It had been a challenging property to sell due to subsidence in the garage, but Joe at Wilkinson was confident he could find a buyer. He did succeed in finding a buyer, and we agreed on a price as well as transferring the insurance claim. As we were at the top of the chain, we had several buyers below us, which made us reliant on the entire chain functioning smoothly. Unfortunately, many things that could go wrong did go wrong, but Joe was supportive to our family and provided excellent guidance to everyone up and down the chain. This support ultimately led to the successful completion of the sale last month. I can honestly say that I would always recommend Wilkinson Estate Agents, as they truly support you through this complex process to reach a happy conclusion.
