James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I had heard favourable feedback on Michael Adey Property so decided to approach them for a quote to sell our home.<br>Michael responded very quickly to my enquiry and visited us to chat through the process. Once confirmed, he sent a photographer out and we were impressed with the care and attention taken to show our property in the best possible light.<br>In all, we had 3 viewings accompanied by Vicki and 1 repeat viewing via ourselves.<br>Our property sold within 2 months and the follow up support was excellent - our thanks to all the team for the superb service provided.
