No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

The team did an excellent job finding us a buyer after our first sale fell through and handled the offer negotiation with professionalism and speed. The sales progression was a little hampered by a poor service from the buyers solicitors but we got there in the end. Well done the team at Roberts and Co.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
