27th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

Having her in charge of the property provides peace of mind.

Julie was professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly, including chasing up matters with the seller to ensure a smooth completion. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and guidance, which made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. If we are to sell this house in future, we will definitely do so using Quarters and we are already recommending Quarters to friends and family.
