I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agency during my attempted purchase of Wightman Road has been extremely disappointing. I submitted a revised offer of £450,000 subject to several specific matters being regularised, including lease and title issues. Although I was later informed that the seller had agreed to the price, I never received written confirmation that all of the conditions attached to my offer had been accepted, nor was an updated Memorandum of Sale issued. Over several weeks, I repeatedly requested updates and clarification by email and WhatsApp, but many of my enquiries went unanswered. The prolonged lack of communication and absence of formal documentation ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the transaction. I formally withdrew from the purchase on 2 June 2026 and requested the return of my holding deposit. At the time of writing, I have still received no substantive response to my formal complaint and no confirmation of when my deposit will be returned. Property transactions can be complicated, and deals do fall through. However, clear communication, timely responses and transparency should be the minimum standard that buyers can expect. I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people...
