Missed a call from a lady for a viewing, called back to kindly arrange another meeting (and advise email might be best as I work in a busy environment and wouldn’t want to waste their time with missed calls).<br><br>The man who answered was highly unprofessional; answered abruptly, fair enough (may have been having a bad day), then was just really rude and unhelpful. Blunt and quite sarcastic. I am new to buying a house but from the lovely reception I’ve had from other estate agents, I’d advise this steer well clear of this one.
