10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.

Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed.<br>Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more.<br>There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could.<br>Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line.<br>I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We have dealt with House Fox for both selling and buying. Our house sold within a week, and Nikki has been great helping with the after sales process. She has helped chase information with solicitors across the whole chain (we was a chain of 6 initially) and within 4 months we are now approaching the finish line with a completition date set. I'm certain without her help, we wouldn't of got across the line as quickly.

From the moment he arrived, he was polite and friendly, making the entire process comfortable. Aaron provided a thorough valuation of my house and presented a detailed comparison report that clearly explained his reasoning. Initially, I decided to go with another agent who valued my property higher. However, after only one viewing in a couple of months, I found myself having to reduce the price. This experience has made me reflect on my decision, and I now realise that Aaron's valuation was not only honest but also genuine. In hindsight, I appreciate Aaron's integrity and expertise, and I would confidently recommend him to others seeking property valuations. His approach and transparency truly stand out in a competitive market.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Missed a call from a lady for a viewing, called back to kindly arrange another meeting (and advise email might be best as I work in a busy environment and wouldn’t want to waste their time with missed calls).<br><br>The man who answered was highly unprofessional; answered abruptly, fair enough (may have been having a bad day), then was just really rude and unhelpful. Blunt and quite sarcastic. I am new to buying a house but from the lovely reception I’ve had from other estate agents, I’d advise this steer well clear of this one. Sadly I didn’t get the gentleman’s name.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
