31st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Great service, appreciate everything they have done.
2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very happy to have sold through Robert Bell
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We met Amber at the weekend for a 2nd viewing of a property we are buying. We wanted to measure up certain areas and check a few things out.Amber was very patient with us while we did this. She was very friendly and professional. A great asset to your team.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Well they got the job done in the end. But a mixture of a high valuation and very passive engagement with the market meant it took a long time to sell. Fair but not great communication and engagement during the process. The only two viewings that both led to acceptable offers, only came in the final weeks before we changed agency!
27th May 2025 (1 year ago)On the letting side I never use again, unprofessional and constantly make mistakes…. The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best
31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . Maria
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I can’t thank George, Danny and the team enough for making the purchase of my property stress free and easy. I definitely recommend pygott and Crone to anybody looking to get on the property ladder!
5th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very poor experience trying to sell my property with this estate agent. Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)From the start communication with all of the team has been excellent- which was important to us. Assessment process was very good with lots of information and advice. Got the valuation spot on.
This agent doesn't have any reviews- 20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent from Mason at Lovelle estate agency in Lincoln. Brilliant and very prompt communication and very helpful. I really appreciated his help (especially as he wasn’t our estate agent - he was our seller’s estate agent).
28th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.
14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Sophie Marshall, who sold the property continues to be my agent from her new agency Biltons and continues to be excellent.
10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Worst experience, try calling there office multiple times and no call back. Is this business even still running, We have also emailed 4 times no response. Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons
13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)From the first time we meet Charlotte we was really impressed we felt she very friendly and had our best interest in mind she gave us the confidence to sell our property and look for a property that was more suitable for us. We are now much happier in our dream property that we would never have purchased if it was not for Charlotte giving us some confidence. Claire who we never meet but was just has friendly and kept us up to date on how sale was going and chasing solicitors etc. We are glad everything worked out in the end and would definitely recommend Charlotte and Claire to any body buying or selling Michael/Alison Whelan

Perkins George Mawer & Co - Lincolnshire
Corn Exchange Chambers, Queen Street, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, LN8 3EH(78 reviews)
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)good old fashioned company plenty of sound experience a little older than these type of places where a pretty girl sits on reception painting their nails and not very bothered about the client more about what she is doing after work .PGM has good English values and looks after the customers who pay their wages.
