Kelsey and Josh at Allen and Harris Pontcanna have been first class, from start to finish in the selling of our Flat in Pontcanna, fair play. Not only being very professional, courteous and respectful showing buyers around our flat, they kept us up to date all the way through the process. Also I can’t fault the amount of effort that went it to finding the volume of prospective buyers for our property. Which ended in a sale. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to out their property on the market in Cardiff.

Dylan was so friendly and polite. We have viewed many properties with her estate agents and have often felt rushed and not welcome, but Dylan let us take our time and really get a chance to take everything in, answering any questions we had, always with a smile on his face! He also made the application process really easy and fast. Couldn’t recommend more! X

Many thanks to Josh, Kelsie and the team for their communicative and responsive service. I found A&H to be a lot more efficient than a previous (nameless!) estate agent I worked with and knew they always had things in hand. Many thanks all ??????

The team at Allen and Harris in Pontcanna and Josh in particular were superb during our recent sale. The conveyancing was very protracted due to a sale of the freehold part way through the process but Josh kept us informed throughout and acted as a hugely valuable link between us and our buyer to keep the sale on track. He was also really proactive at chasing the legal teams when the process slowed down. Can’t thank him or praise him and the team enough!

We recently sold our house with Josh at Allen and Harris. After a disappointing experience with another estate agent, we switched to Allen and Harris who were able to find a buyer for our house quickly. All the staff in the sales team were helpful throughout. We had a stressful time with our buyers/new house but Josh was great at chasing everything and keeping us informed of what was happening. We are now happily settled in our new home! Thank you!

One of the worst estate agents I have dealt with. They have been delaying the return of my deposit even after the tenancy contract ended. I have sent several emails, but the issue remains unresolved.
The property at 2Great House Rise, Cardiff The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and delay in resolving deposit issues have left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this estate agent to prospective tenants and would advise others to be cautious.

ALLEN AND HARRIS PONTCANNA denied us on our move in day, after saying the day before that all was going well. We could've been homeless because of their LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

Have now been accusing US OF LYING, saying they didn't deny us at all (even with voicemail proof). We are YOUNG, and this is only our second experience moving house, this company made both of us feel incredibly PUSHED OVER. Being told two different things by two different people on the same day, being expected to pay 1 YEARS RENT UP FRONT because one of us is a student.... UNBELIEVABLE!

I do NOT recommend Allen and Harris Pontcanna AT ALL, if you are young, inexperienced, they might take advantage of that and get you to pay ridiculous amounts of money upfront.

Sophie at Allen & Harris did an excellent job at letting my property. She did exactly as she promised & let the property within a week of making contact, achieving the market rental rate. Sophie communicated with me clearly & in a timely manner all the way through the process. I can't recommend Sophie & her team enough & will be happy to use their service in the future.

I’ve rented with Allen and Harris for the past 2 years now and have always had exceptional help and support from the team at the Pontcanna branch. Josh, Morgan and Alanis especially have been stand out members from day 1 at the initial viewing to the end of my tenancy. I’ve had nothing but the best service and had I not bought I’d continue to rent with them.

And following from that previous point, James Cheung was amazing at helping me with the mortgage and buying process. Going from renting to a first time buyer was honestly a scary idea however James completely put me at ease with it all, his experience and knowledge really shined through and truly made the process an easy ride, really going above and beyond to help. Although I’ve been told by many people that buying a house is the most stressful thing you can do, I didn’t find that all due to James’ help, always keeping me updated and at ease with these big decisions.

Overall, these last 2 years have been some of the smoothest times renting since I first left home due to the team at Allen and Harris Pontcanna, I would 10000% recommend everyone there for your renting and buying needs.

Dylan at Allen & Harris has been absolutely fantastic in helping me secure tenants for my property. From the start, he was professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the process. His knowledge of the rental market and attention to detail really gave me confidence, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel seamless.
I truly value the service he provided – efficient, reliable, and clearly dedicated to doing the best for his clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dylan to anyone looking to let out their property. A great experience all around – thank you!

My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Kieran from Allen & Harris. From the very start, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely supportive in helping us secure our flat. He kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We couldn’t be happier with our new place, and we’re so grateful for his help – highly recommend!

Allen and Harris Pontcanna have been great in helping us find a property in Cardiff. We only originally had 1 viewing booked through them, and when we weren’t keen we popped in in person, told them what we were after and they called us back the same day for a viewing with a property which we loved! Shout out to Kieran (rest of the team were great too) in lettings who showed us around and has been answering all our queries, making something pretty stressful nice and straightforward! Highly recommend!!!

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
