Excellent service from start to finish!<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Arden Estate Agents in Solihull. From start to finish, the team have been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They kept us fully up to date throughout the whole process, made everything run smoothly and took the stress out of selling our house.<br><br>A big shout out to the whole team at Arden, especially Olly Mellor and Sunny Singh, who have both been absolutely excellent from beginning to end. Their communication, professionalism and support have been second to none, and we really appreciate everything they’ve done for us.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Arden Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you all for making the whole experience such a positive one!

We have been through a lengthy process of selling our house in a difficult market. However throughout this process Arden Estate Agents have provided support and top class service. We would definitely recommend that anyone considering selling their house considers using them. In summary very good service and good value.

We highly recommend using Arden after having recently sold our house with them, we are so happy we chose them. Compared to a lot of the other estate agents, they are very modernised; using a very good app called Street and using WhatsApp groups for easy and fast communication. From the first moment we had our house priced by Zoe, to having to sell (twice!) with Ollie and Olivia and to sale progression with Sunny. They were all brilliant, really friendly and made the process so much easier for us, chasing solicitors, other estate agents and clients! We can’t thank them enough!

While the process wasn’t without its hiccups, the consistent reassurance, support and eagerness to go above and beyond for us have been greatly appreciated.

I dealt with Arden's Redditch branch, and specifically their after-sales team (Katie), from both sides of a transaction — as a buyer, and separately as the seller acting for my late mother's estate — and the same pattern showed up both times.<br>As the buyer, I received repeated calls from the after-sales team pushing pressure about the seller potentially remarketing the property, at a time when the actual delays were entirely on the solicitors' side and had nothing to do with anything either party could control. Chasing the client with remarketing threats doesn't fix a solicitor's hold-up — it just adds stress to someone who's already waiting on other people to do their jobs.<br>As the seller on the other transaction, I stayed out of the day-to-day handling, but from what I saw, the same pattern of pressure rather than genuinely useful after-sales support was there too.<br>Having been on both ends of Arden's after-sales process, I wouldn't recommend it. The estate agency side may be fine — it's specifically the after-sales handling at the Redditch branch that let things down
