What can I say ‘Arden’ estate agents have been brilliant! I knew Dominique was ‘the one’ when she came to value my property. She was extremely professional and I instantly wanted her to sell my property as I was so impressed with how she came across I knew I could trust her with my sale. She delivered everything she said she would (and a lot more!) I sold my property in record timing and it’s all thanks to Dominique and her team. Thanks so much to the after sales team who have also done an amazing job. I would wholeheartedly recommend the ‘Arden’ Worcester office to anyone! Thanks again

Great service from the team at arden it was a long process with 6 in a chain but Leanne did a great job at getting it exchanged
I would recommend them as they give a realistic value of your property with lots of options for advertising.

Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started.
They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price.
On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

Great service from Sunny, Adam and Fran. The whole process of buying our home was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Sunny and Adam kept us in the loop throughout and were always helpful and responsive - would definitely recommend!

Arden are best estate agents in Solihull by miles. Over last few months they have been very proactive, always at end of phone and supportive over our move from Dickens Heath to Stourbridge. Thanks to Lauren, Darcy and Sunny for doing everything they could to get our sale over the line.
