Ben arrived having prior knowledge of the area my flat was for sale in, didn’t blind me with jargon and was realistic and honest. I knew immediately I’d be in safe hands. Ben was proactive and was always available when I needed him throughout the selling process.
When the initial buyer fell through, Ben was quick to relist the property and found another buyer within days. The selling process was challenging but Ben kept on the ball throughout with less than active solicitors and property managers. Couldn’t recommend Ben and the Atwell Martin team enough!

For the initial quotation Ben had done lots of research in terms of my property and also the surrounding area which was really refreshing to hear someone has actually done some research.
My initial buyer ghosted us, but Ben was quick to put the property back on the market and found me another buyer within a couple weeks.
Ben kept me updated at all times, and made himself available to any queries I had - especially towards then end before we exchanged.

I had multiple estate agents round to value my property and Ben’s authenticity and honesty was clear to see from the outset; not hidden agenda’s like some other estate agents!
