The team at Atwell Martin in Calne have done a superb job selling our Grade II listed property on The Green. The service offered by Ben and Stewart is friendly and helpful and they always replied promptly to our questions or concerns. They clearly have great local knowledge and vast experience with the property market especially around the town. All of the staff at Atwell Martin have been absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t fault the service and information I’ve been provided . From the pictures and house tour video by Stuart, Lynn who carried out the viewing on our behalf and Ben who has dealt with the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion have been absolutely flawless. I would 100% recommend this branch and would not look to go anywhere else in future when looking to purchase or sell a future property. Thank you all once again ????????????

My partner and I moved from abroad to the U.K for work and were looking for appartments in Plymouth. The rental market in Plymouth is moving fast at a relatively stressfull pace but fortunately Atwell-Martin, especially Ms. Bluett helped us out greatly. Their service is professional, calm and thorough even though it is apparent that Atwell-Martin is very busy in itself. They follow through and think with you, informing you if opportunities come up and helping you if required. The only improvement could be that an additional receptionist to answer the phone calls would improve their service! Massive thanks!
