Bought my first home used these for my mortgage advisors and honestly made the whole thing stress free for me, they was patient with me aswell as I was speaking to one of there workers for 6 years and he was so nice explained everything to me really well his name is Owen Eastwood I would recommend this place to anyone planning to buy a house and would give it a 10 star if I could because he made this journey so easy for me

Awful "property managers" - do not use
I rented a flat managed by Beresford Adams. The flat had multiple issues, e.g. doors not fitting correctly (so I was unable to use one of the rooms for a month) and mould covering the bathroom (needed cleaning with bleach every other week). This is a serious environmental hazard.
When I called property management to address this, the only response was that they would call the landlord to see what he said. When the landlord refused to contribute toward repairs, they said there was nothing they could do. They did not manage the property - they were just a layer of beaurocracy to stop me contacting the landlord directly.
When I first rented the flat there was a faulty lock, causing me to get locked out on Christmas day, and had to spend £240 to remove the faulty lock. The landlord refused to reimburse me and demanded a "full locksmith report", which is not something that exists. The landlord also wanted to deduce my deposit, falsely claiming I had not paid enough rent, and demanded a blue tack removal fee (to remove some blue tack from Christmas decorations). While this is obviously rediculous, Beresford Adams never informed the landlord that his demands were unreasonable. Every call ended with "I'll see what the landlord says".
When I wanted to leave the contract, Beresford Adams said I could not end the contract and incorrectly informed me that I needed permission from my roommate?! I had to send Beresford Adams the relevant sections of the Renting Homes Wales Act 2016.
Every one of their emails also has a long disclaimer which is summarised as "it is illegal for you to share any of your emails with us", based on generic GDPR legislation. This may dissuade people from getting legal advice about housing.
I have moved out about 2 months ago and have only now received my deposit.
I my opinion, the only positive about Beresford Adams is that renting from them will give you many opportunities to learn about housing law.

Shocking service from these put house up for sale last year ended up taking it bk off the market doing viewings for people that couldn't actually buy or wasn't in a position to buy
And also doing alot of them myself.
Instead of these doing what there payed to do the signage guy broke not one but two off my concrete posts these was informed nothing was done to replace or repair can never speak to who you ask for just terrible service in general
Used there mortgage advisor on my first property purchase biggest mistake I ever made basically seen me coming three years on a shit deal

Didn't end up putting in an offer for the house we saw (though we were close, we managed to find an even better one), but Joe was nothing but friendly and helpful the whole time. We've dealt with estate agents who almost seemed like they didn't care, not responding to our communications, really knowing nothing about the property we were looking at, etc. Not to mention Reades and their awful online booking system, that we must have filled out a dozen times to try and see three houses. But Joe was a cut above, honestly felt bad not offering on the house!
Similarly, the mortgage advisor/broker Nikita is excellent, offering some really good advice, genuinely trying to look out for us and making some good points and observations that me and my hours of research completely missed or didn't appreciate.
If you see a house you like the look of and this branch of Beresford Adams is the realtor (nothing against other branches, but I can only vouch for this one), you should definitely get in touch because they are a pleasure to work with.

My brother and I have Autism and were buying a house from Beresford Adams and I have never been treated this poorly before the Estate Agent said could you give me your LAST AND FINAL OFFER because the home owner does not want to have a bidding war (please notice I have wrote this in capital letters) and I will ask the other buyer for their LAST AND FINAL OFFER so we offered our LAST AND FINAL OFFER which was higher than the other buyers the Estate Agent then called me to say congratulations you have the house then three hours later she called again to say that my offer has been topped by the other buyer when clearly there shouldn't of been anymore offers now we have lost the house we are now left feeling extremely stressed we really did not need this this has made us both unwell

I purchased a property via this company what I hadn’t realised was that a person in the office was the owners best friend with a consequence, that it became a big problem to the extent I was phoned up regarding asbestos removal by the agent and asked to contribute this was done but on arrival after buying the asbestos had not been moved the sellars had not taken out the contents which left the property unaccessible for my removal team . The agents stated electric was certified and this did not happen on arrival the electric had no earth it’s been a nightmare and cost a lot to sort out, not helped by the agents concerned. Do not buy from this agency

We purchased a house through Beresford, it was a complex chain including a tenanted property. The Mold office worked tirelessly with the vendor, both sets of solicitors and ourselves to ensure a seven week turnaround from offer to completion. That hand holding is needed as you progress through the process from Mortgages and surveys through to estimating completion and often a few words of advice can point you in the right direction and significantly reduce the stress levels.
They also worked with the purchasers of our property keeping them informed and reassuring them that that the property would be available as agreed.
Post sales help has also been good with approaching the vendor on little questions you need answering after you move in.

My House had been on the market for a year and a half and today I exchanged...! The team in Mold have been absolutely fantastic and worth their fee...! My situation was complicated due to having tenants and the buyer also having a chain however we all crossed the line at the same time and that was mainly down to great communications great people being honest and managing everybody expectations. I've never sold a house before and Sian and TEAM MOLD were amazing to say the least......! x champagne tonight....!

My sales agent was Brogan Craine, she was amazing, proactive, creative, polite, courteous, always returned my calls and emails, stayed late to get the job done, went out of her way to get the sale exchanged. All in all she took the role of an estate agent to whole new level. I had no regrets choosing to sell my house threw beresford Adams mold branch.
All the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the sale I needed to purchase my next house. I couldn’t fault them at all as a company, nothing was too much, Brogan was amazing and so helpful !! I advise any one looking to sell, buy or rent to consider using beresford over all othe local companies, there fees may be cheaper but their is a reason for this !!!

We bought a repossession from Beresford Adams Mold branch, and I can honestly say that without the tenacity and persistence of Brogan, given the tight timescale for completion after viewing (28 days), we would not have been able to meet the bank’s deadline.
She was incredibly accommodating and we were able to visit the property on multiple occasions, often at short notice.
She is incredibly easy to work with and we are very grateful we were able to purchase the property through her.

After a year of the house being on the market with Purple Bricks and getting appalling service, I finally went to Beresfords Mold and can only kick myself that I didn’t do it sooner.
I had the most complicated sale to complete due to various reasons and I got nothing but support and perseverance. Sian Williams has been absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done at such a stressful time.
This branch are a credit to the name Beresfords and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell (and I don’t recommend much to anyone)!

I have never before encountered such amazing teamwork in practice . The expertise and effort over and above the call of duty was brilliant when they were selling my house. They always made me feel I was their only customer - however busy they were! I would like to mention, in particular, Eira Boden, Beth (now in the Wrexham branch) Sam, Sian, Sarah and Brogan. All of them were SO helpful at every stage of the sale; extremely patient and hardworking especially when things were difficult; always friendly and smiling despite the difficulties encountered with the house.
