Would highly recommend! ?????????? During the process of selling our home, we had to get a RICS survey completed. We did this with another company who we later found out were not qualified to complete what we requested, this delayed our sale by about a month as they were not honest with what they could do. I rang Nigel on the Monday, he was out and with me by the Wednesday and had my RICS surgery back to me by Friday afternoon. The standard turnaround is 7-10 days but he understood we were already behind with our buyers pushing for a completion date. He and the others really saved our house sale so I can’t thank them enough. Would go to Nigel and his team if I was to go through this process again! Thank you guys!... Read more

I had a level 2 survey on a property I am looking to buy which was extremely comprehensive and highlighted a number of issues which I am now persuing. I was buying a commercial property via berrys, and had the good fortune to be dealing with Neill Maycock. He has been so, so helpful in making the purchase painless. He has chased up the vendors solicitor in order to make it happen as quickly as possible. He has organised for the vendor to get to appointments for example for anti money laundering checks, helped resolve some potential access issues etc. As a result of Neill's helpfulness I have also used Berrys services to organise change of use permission for the building, which all being well will come through in the next week, just two weeks after completing the purchase.
