Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

As a tenant, Blundells have been pretty hopeless. Unresponsive and poor at communication, they're only on top of things when they are asking for money. Would not recommend.

From start to finish, my experience with Blundells has been excellent. Hannah and the team were always responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. They made the often-daunting process of finding a rental property incredibly easy and stress-free. Not overtly impressed. With the COVID situation they were short of staff and hardly ever kept us in the loop as to what was happening. Eventually after almost 9 weeks had no success in selling the property, even though similar properties were selling left and and right in the area. Feels like we wasted our time and missed out on the market surge! Back to square one again.
